Krystyna Kuklewicz

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She completed her training as a judge and advocate. In 1984, obtaining the first rank, she passed the advocate's exam, starting her professional practice in team No. 5 - thus continuing a family tradition, dating back to the third generation.

Since 1994, she has run an individual law firm in Krakow. In 2016, together with advocate Jan Kuklewicz and advocate Jan Karol Kuklewicz, she established the Kuklewicz Law Firm as an advocacy partnership.

She has many years of experience in civil law cases. She specialises in inheritance and family law, including the division of joint property. For years, she has been advising clients and successfully representing them in real estate matters, including in particular real estate recovery and removal of co-ownership. Attorney in countless cases involving the acquisition of Polish citizenship - conducted in cooperation with both individual clients and foreign law firms.

A significant part of her practice involves providing legal assistance to clients residing outside Poland, in particular citizens of Israel. She successfully conducts international cases, effectively searching for data and persons both in European countries and in South America, Canada, USA or New Zealand.

Jan Kuklewicz

Graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He served his prosecutor's and lawyer's apprenticeship. Since 1994, he has run an individual Barrister's Office in Kraków. In 2016, together with Krystyna Kuklewicz, advocate, and Jan Karol Kuklewicz, advocate, he established the Kuklewicz Law Firm, an advocacy partnership.

Since the beginning of his legal practice, he has focused on providing legal assistance in the field of criminal law. He has extensive experience acquired in the course of hundreds of court cases, in which he has acted both as a defence counsel for defendants and as an attorney for victims (auxiliary accusers). He has also successfully defended in numerous vetting and disciplinary cases.

Awarded many times for his services in the professional field and in the field of self-government, he received, among others, the badge „Advocacy of Merit”, the „Honoris Gratia” badge of the Mayor of the City of Krakow and the „Diamond Temida” award. Winner in the competition „Forbes Professionals 2012 - Professions of Public Trust”.” in the Advocate category in the Małopolska voivodship.

A long-standing activist of the advocates„ self-government - a member of the Regional Bar Council in Krakow and the Supreme Bar Council, Dean of the Regional Council in Krakow from 2010 to 2013, Deputy Director of the Advocacy Research Centre named after Witold Bayer at the Supreme Bar Council from 2013 to 2016, member of the Editorial Board of ”Palestra". Lecturer in the training of trainee attorneys of the Krakow Bar Association and member and Chairman of the Examination Commissions of the District Bar Council. Member of the commission of the Minister of Justice for the examination of advocates in Krakow in 2009. Member of the Examination Commission at the Institute of Forensic Expertise.

Jan Karol Kuklewicz

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in the field of fiscal and economic criminal law. He served his legal training at the Regional Bar Council in Krakow. He was entered on the list of attorneys in 2011. He has several years of experience in negotiations and litigation. He specialises in real estate law. He provides services to entrepreneurs in the construction industry. The area of his professional practice has also included criminal law for many years.

Maciej Kuklewicz

Graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, completed with a very good result. Graduate of postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in the field of fiscal and economic criminal law (completed with a very good result). He specialises in civil and commercial cases, with a particular focus on real estate cases (including the abolition of co-ownership) for the division of joint assets (especially those involving commercial companies), the division of inheritance, and ongoing services for companies and associations.

He puts his knowledge of civil and commercial law to use by acting as defence counsel in complex and complicated criminal and commercial cases in which issues from the aforementioned fields of law intersect.

Małgorzata Kuklewicz-Bogocz

Graduated in Law from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, multiple scholarship holder, graduate of the Universita degli Studi di Bergamo and Universita degli Studi di Ferrara courses in Italy. She holds CEA (Certificate of Advance English) and TOLES Higher (Test of Legal English Skills) language certificates. From 2015 to 2018 she served her legal training under the patronage of Advocate Dr. Gregory Sulinski and Advocate Gregory Eliasz. She was distinguished in the krasomaking competition of the Regional Bar Council in Krakow. In 2019, she established an individual law firm based in Krakow.

She mainly deals with civil and administrative law cases - combining legal knowledge with language skills. She specialises in international cases. Since 2016, she has been cooperating with the Kuklewicz Law Firm with a law firm.
