PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND RELATIONS WITH THE EMPLOYER

We represent parties in cases for compensation and damages due to mobbing, discrimination and violation of personal rights. As part of the implementation of EU standards, we offer assistance in pursuing claims arising from the lack of disclosure of salaries and the protection of whistleblowers (whistleblowing) from retaliation. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND DETERMINATION OF THE EXISTENCE OF AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

We advise at key moments in the termination of employment, ensuring the formal correctness of termination notices and party agreements. We represent clients in cases for reinstatement, declaring a termination notice ineffective or obtaining compensation for unlawful termination, including by way of disciplinary action. An important part of our practice is cases to establish the existence of an employment relationship for persons employed under B2B contracts or civil law contracts in conditions characteristic of an employment contract (we represent Clients in such cases before the Court and before the State Labour Inspectorate). We also assist in the rectification of employment certificates and the claiming of compensation for damage caused by the issuance of an incorrect document.

COLLECTIVE REDUNDANCIES

We provide professional legal assistance in protecting the interests of employees affected by the process of collective redundancies. We verify the correctness and objectivity of the selection criteria for dismissal applied by the employer. We verify whether the procedures provided for in the Act on special rules for termination of employment relations for reasons not related to employees have been followed. We represent dismissed employees in court disputes, effectively pursuing due severance payments, and, in the event of identified violations, compensation or reinstatement.
