We provide comprehensive legal assistance in the case of disputes with counterparties, placing particular emphasis on verifying the legitimacy of claims and positions of the parties, making efforts to reach an amicable, out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
Taking the right position in the course of correspondence with a counterparty allows, on the one hand, to avoid a court case (receiving payment or convincing the other party of the incorrectness of its position), and, on the other hand, to obtain documents constituting favourable evidence in the course of possible court proceedings. The law firm both conducts this type of correspondence on behalf of the client or makes a recommendation as to its content.

REGISTRATION MATTERS AND CORPORATE DOCUMENTS
We provide legal assistance in the drafting of corporate documents, including company agreements, bylaws, resolutions of bodies. We represent entrepreneurs in registration proceedings before the competent registration courts of the National Court Register (KRS). We participate in shareholders' meetings of commercial companies.
PAYMENT CASES
Representation in payment disputes is an important part of the Firm's practice. We choose the appropriate and the most advantageous mode of proceedings in order to minimise costs and maximise the chances of success (i.e. obtaining funds by the Client). Representation in payment cases includes both the pre-litigation stage (advocate's letter - demand for payment), representation before the Court and representation during enforcement proceedings. If there are prerequisites and such a need arises, we file pauliańskie complaints and initiate proceedings to declare the acquisition of an inheritance after the debtor's death.
UNFAIR COMPETITION
Among market players, there are also those who act unfairly. Some of such behaviour is covered by the provisions of the Act on Combating Unfair Competition. In assisting our clients, we verify given incidents from the point of view of acts of unfair competition, and the results of the verification are compared with the claims to which the wronged party is entitled. We represent entrepreneurs in disputes arising in this respect both at the pre-litigation stage and in court proceedings, including criminal proceedings, if the criminal provisions of the Act on Combating Unfair Competition are violated.
