Privacy policy and data protection
The administrator of your personal data is the partners of the civil law partnership Kancelaria Kuklewicz spółka adwokacka s.c. with registered office in Krakow: adw. Krystyna Kuklewicz, adw. Jan Kuklewicz, adw. Jan Karol Kuklewicz and adw. Maciej Kuklewicz.
Personal data is processed solely for the proper provision of legal services. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Directive.
Personal data may be made available to persons authorised by the Administrator for the sole purpose of properly providing legal assistance.
Personal data is kept only for the period necessary for the proper provision of legal services.
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data by Kuklewicz Law Firm:
1. the right to request access to your personal data,
2. the right to rectification if the data processed by the Administrator is inaccurate,
3. the right to request erasure or restriction of processing,
4. the right to object to the processing,
5. the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the Controller and send it to another controller,
6. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, where such consent has previously been given,
7. the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Chief Inspector for Personal Data Protection) in relation to the processing of personal data by the Controller.
